📋 Terms & conditions

1. Membership

All cards are loaned and remain the property of Traded Tales. Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled.

2. How it works

Submit swap requests through our portal. We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays via USPS Ground Advantage. A prepaid return label is included in every shipment. Once your return shows as in-transit, you may request your next swap.

3. Card care & damage

Cards returned with damage beyond normal wear will incur a replacement fee of $19.00 per card, charged to your payment method on file.

4. Lost or unreturned cards

Cards not returned within 21 days of a swap request are considered overdue. Cards not returned within 30 days will be considered lost and a $19.00 replacement fee will be charged per card.

5. Billing & cancellation

Your membership renews monthly on your signup date. You may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days. All cards must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

6. Shipping

Shipping is included in your membership fee. We ship within the contiguous United States only. We are not responsible for USPS delays.

7. Hygiene

All returned cards are inspected, sanitized, and tested before reshipping.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms with 14 days notice by email.

💳 About billing After submitting this form you'll be taken to our secure Stripe payment page to set up your monthly subscription. Your card is never stored by Traded Tales — all payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fees.
